This introductory workshop offers a gentle introduction to somatic tracking, a core technique in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). You’ll learn how to shift your attention to bodily sensations with curiosity and safety—helping to rewire the brain’s response to pain. Through guided practice, participants will begin to explore how changing the way we relate to pain can reduce fear and support healing.
