This webinar will focus on the common problem of chronic pain and difficulties with sleep, including education and research on why we need sleep, why pain (and stress) negatively interferes with our sleep, and how using psychological strategies can help to improve your sleep, even when you are experiencing chronic pain and related difficulties of depression and anxiety. Resources and recommendations to help improve your sleep will also be provided.

Drs. Laura Katz and Greg Tippin are Clinical, Health, and Rehabilitation Psychologists at the Michael G. DeGroote Pain Clinic at Hamilton Health Sciences and Associate Professors (Part Time) at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, providing clinical care and research to help improve coping and treatment outcomes for individuals living with persistent pain and associated psychological difficulties.
